Parkloma African Yam Cubes - 4 LB

Parkloma All natural frozen African Yam Cubes (Also known as True Yam, Puna Yam or Ghana Yam). These yam cubes are made from farm fresh African yams. Yams are peeled, sliced and fresh frozen with no preservatives.

To cook: Place frozen yams in a pan with oil and fry. You can also use an air fryer to cook the yams or boil the yams. No need to thaw the yams as they can be cooked while frozen. Season with salt or choice of seasoning after frying.

Yams can be eaten with a sauce, eggs or preferred condiment.
